Shipping

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 - 36 hours after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays.  We will always ship no later than the next available business day.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Once your package is shipped, it may, of course, be impacted by any postal shipping delays due to a high volume of orders, weather, or other postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For orders over $30, we offer free USPS 2-5 day shipping in the contiguous United States.

You will be able to select shipping options at checkout.  For orders under $30 and for shipping that is not standard,  shipping charges for your order will be calculated for you and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping at this time to the following countries:

Canada

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Curly Life Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@curlylife.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damaged Items

We are a small company and package all items personally and with care!  If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and a photograph of the damaged item will be required so we may file a claim with the delivery company.  For items received damaged, please retain the original shipping box, packing materials and the item. We will need a photo of the damage to accelerate our investigation.  A replacement will be sent as soon as the information needed to process the damage claim is provided.
